Our Expansion Worker Services

This status is designed to allow for senior employees and others to come to and live in the United Kingdom in order to establish a UK branch of a company. The worker must have been employed for 12 months by the overseas company. There is an exception to this, if they are a High Earner, they do not need to have spent a minimum period working for the company. Clients benefit from a top-class service at a fixed fee, meaning that all of our prices are transparent and upfront, helping your company budget accordingly for the legal fees. After 5 years, applicants can apply for settlement. Allows you to bring dependents under the age of 18, and spouse or partner to the UK. Dependents under the age of 18 entitled to free UK education.

Innovator Founder

Our Innovator Founder Visa is tailored for individuals looking to establish an innovative business in the UK. Applicants must have an endorsement from a recognized body confirming that their business idea is innovative, viable, and scalable. This visa offers a streamlined process with a fixed fee, ensuring transparent and upfront costs for your business planning. Successful applicants can apply for settlement after 3 years. Dependents, including spouses or partners and children under 18, can join the applicant in the UK and access free education for children under 18.

Skilled Worker (Self Sponsor)

The Skilled Worker (Self Sponsor) route allows highly skilled individuals to work in the UK without needing a sponsoring employer. Applicants must demonstrate their skills and have a job offer that meets the required salary threshold. This visa provides a fixed fee structure, ensuring clear and predictable costs. After 5 years, applicants can apply for settlement. Dependents under the age of 18 and spouses or partners are allowed to accompany the main applicant and enjoy the benefits of living in the UK, including free education for children.

Spouse/Fiancée/Unmarried Partner
